Amazing family getaway!

We spent 3 nights with the fam and had a blast! The staff was super friendly, especially Logan at the front desk and our awesome server Samia at the restaurant. Breakfast was a hit, the French toast was to die for. Only bummer was our plumbing issue but they quickly fixed it, so no biggie!

The service is exquisite. A good example is the following: When I arrived they didn't have my reservation, which I had booked through you. I pulled up the confirmation, and it turned out your employee had booked me for October 23, the day I was booking the weekend, not Dec 7-8 when I actually wanted to travel. The Ritz handled this with compassionate grace, they called you, you realized the error, they gave me an upgrade to an ocean view suite, and treated me like a queen all weekend. You both behaved well, but the Ritz made it so easy. And I'm sure you've alerted all your bookers to the dangers of this kind of mistake by now.

Valet parking imposed, staff like vultures waiting for tips. Clowns in lobby asking every 2 minutes how you are, and front desk staff not trained. DId not honour rate quoted by Booked.net even when presented with confirmation copy. Overcharged and was told to sort it out myself. Rude front desk staff on checkout, clearly not trained properly. Location was in slum area of palm beach, beachfront yes, but not the right part of palm beach.

The beachfront experience disappoints. The beach is plagued by debris from past storms. Dining options feel limited, with many restaurants closed for private events, and the high prices lead to expectations that aren't met, especially with the furniture in the rooms feeling tacky and outdated. The pool area shows signs of wear, with torn towels present .

We appreciated rooms with lovely bathroom amenities.

Got well-equipped and brand-new room with essentials, the hanging chairs and a large terrace had an exceptional stay overall. The location was excellent and perfect for walking around South Ocean Boulevard. There were shopping malls and retailers around the hotel.

Just a reliable pick for a short weekend trip in Manalapan with great value. The adult pool was a nice quiet spot to unwind. Make sure to check if any amenities are open before going.

Can recommend for a brief stopover

Beautiful resort, really good service, where the attentive staff ensured my birthday celebration felt special, and I enjoyed relaxing at the adults-only tranquility pool alongside delicious meals at the on-site restaurants.

The pools were amazing, especially the adult-only one. We loved having free beach cruisers! The family activities were a blast, keeping our kids entertained. Rooms were modern and clean.

The resort features a fine location with really good attention to detail in its decor. The breakfast at Pulpo, especially the crème brûlée French toast, was a highlight, while the hand-cut steaks at other dining options are worth trying. The plastic shower fixture in the spacious bathroom felt uncharacteristic for a luxury setting, and breakfast was not included as advertised.

The beautiful decor and really good service. The rocky beach area was a bit discouraging for swimming. A lovely experience worth revisiting.

The pool area and beach could use some updates and maintenance, which affected relaxation. It's a nice place with excellent service but improvements are needed for certain facilities.

The facilities were stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I particularly enjoyed the spacious room and the amazing breakfast at the restaurant. The beach area left something to be desired due to erosion, which impacted our plans to enjoy the sun and sand fully. It was a nice stay that made our family vacation enjoyable.

Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa exceeded my expectations during my recent business trip. The conference facilities were really good, providing state-of-the-art technology for seamless presentations. The staff was efficient, assisting in setup and ensuring a productive environment. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with complementary refreshments that added a touch of luxury. Dining options, particularly at Temple Orange, offered a varied selection of fresh seafood and locally sourced ingredients.
